ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The appellant - Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in all these applications. The delay appears to be caused due to obtaining approvals at various stages. The learned Counsel for the respondents claimants strongly opposed the applications on the ground that despite order of this Court, the Acquiring Body has not deposited any amount of compensation. However, the respondents - claimants are always at liberty to go for execution of the impugned awards if the Acquiring Body has not deposited such amounts of compensation. In view of the
