The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under :- B] To direct the Respondent nos. 2 & 3 to implement the order passed by the respondent no. 1 in Appeal No. 6951-A/2019 dated 13.03.2020 passed by the State Information Commission bench at Aurangabad within stipulated period.

We find that the petitioner should approach respondent No. 1 with a representation to point out that his order dated 13.03.2020 is not being implemented.

The learned AGP submits that respondent No. 1 would deal with the representation of the petitioner and ensure that the order is implemented by respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
