The learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has tendered across the bar interse communication dated 12th August, 2016 between the Superintendent, District Prison, Paithan and the Principal Secretary, Home Department (Prison-3), Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai. The same is taken on record. Upon careful perusal of the contents of the said communication, it appears that the petitioner is already released from the jail. In that view of the matter, this Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
