Heard learned counsel for applicants in respective Civil applications for withdrawal of the amount.

I have perused the impugned judgment and the objections raised by the respective Insurance companies in exception to the said judgment.

After having considered the said objections and on hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order, -

ORDER

i) The respective applicants in Civil Applications for withdrawal of the amount are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on their furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

ii) Balance 50% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt of any Nationalised Bank, initially for a period of one year and if so required for further period till disposal of the appeals.

iii) The Civil Applications for withdrawal of the amount are disposed of.
