The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause 'A', as under:- "A.

By issuing Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad, Dist.

Nanded, may kindly be directed to issue the Tribe Certificate in favour of the petitioner in the Format-"C" belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe, as prescribed under Rule 4(6) and Rule 5(2) (a) and (b), of the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribe Certificate Rules, 2003."

The learned AGP submits that after completion of procedural formalities including a proper screening of the existing certificate available with the Petitioner only to the extent of the issuing authority, the new certificate in Format-"C" would be issued to the Petitioner. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already applied online and is willing to submit his existing Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe certificate for screening to the Respondent, on or before 30.08.2022.

By recording the statements as above, this Petition is disposed off. If there is no legal impediment the Respondent would issue the Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe certificate in Format-"C" to the Petitioner, on or before 08.09.2022.
