ORAL ORDER :

Heard. This Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.3 Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within SIX MONTHS from today and it is accordingly directed.

Respondent No.2 University shall consider the claim of the Petitioner for admission of M.Sc. Course from amongst the seats reserved for Scheduled Tribe category, subject to the decision of Respondent No.3 Scrutiny Committee in respect of tribe certificate verification claim of the Petitioner.

The Petitioner shall cause appearance before the Scrutiny Committee on 4th August 2016 at 11.00 a.m. and shall co-operate with the

Scrutiny Committee in expeditious disposal of the tribe certificate verification claim.

4. With the above directions the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

5. Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
