The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Committee be directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner by 30th July, 2019 as the petitioner is aspiring for admission to the agriculture course and 30th July, 2019 is last date. 2.

It will not be possible for this Court to issue specific directions to the Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner. It is case of lethargy on the part of the petitioner. The petitioner ought to have approached this Court earlier. 3.

If it is possible for the Committee, then the Committee may

2 wp 8887.19 endeavour to decide the proceeding by 30th July, 2019. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee tomorrow i. e. on 23.07.2019.
