Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel submits that, validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner are not yet decided. Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2/Committee does not have any instructions on the same. 2.

Considering the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent No. 2/committee to decide validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner, if not decided, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months

Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel states that, the petitioner is operated for spine and the committee be directed to give the date after two months. The petitioner may make such a request to the Committee, which the committee may consider. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
