The petitioner has approached this Court very late. The petitioner submits that he is seeking admission to 2nd year degree course in Engineering and last date for submitting the validity is 31.07.2019. 2.

In case, if it is possible for the committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 31.07.2019, then the committee shall endeavour to decide the same by the said date. The petitioner may appear before the committee on 23.07.2019.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
