The Petitioner is before us being aggrieved by the confiscation of his 'Tokre Koli', Scheduled Tribe certificate, which was issued by the Sub Divisional Officer at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Scrutiny Committee was of the view that the tribe certificate should be issued by the Sub Divisional Officer from Shirpur, District Dhule.

The biological sister of the Petitioner (Sarita Maharu Koli) approached this Court in Writ Petition No.2222/2018. By order dated 28.02.2018, this Court directed the said Petitioner to

*2* 924y wp8025o24 apply for a fresh tribe certificate from the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirpur.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

The Petitioner, who has already approached the Respondent for seeking such certificate, would co-operate if there is any query from the Sub Divisional Officer. Keeping in view the order passed in the matter filed by the biological sister of the Petitioner, namely, Sarita Maharu Koli, the Sub Divisional Officer would issue a fresh tribe certificate to the Petitioner within a period of 30 days from today.
