The respondent appears in person. Learned advocate for the applicant states that her client is present in the court and identifies the respondent.

The respondent - party-in-person states that he has no particular objection if the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. He, however, expects expeditious disposal of proceedings filed between the parties.

In view of aforesaid, Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and is disposed of. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
