All these applications are filed for amendment. The Writ Petition is yet to be admitted. The learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for respondent
2 C.A. 603...2014 in W.P. 4846.2011 No. 4 have no objection if the amendment is allowed. 2.
Looking to the fact that the Writ Petition is yet to be admitted, no prejudice will be caused to any of the respondent if the application for amendment is allowed and liberty is granted to the applicant to amend the Writ Petition, since the respondents will have opportunity to file additional reply, if any, in case reply is already filed. 3.
In that view of the matter, all the Civil Applications are allowed. The applicant is directed to carry out the amendment within a period of 3 weeks from today i.e. 23/03/2015. If the amendment is carried out, the learned counsel for the applicant/original petitioner shall supply copy of the amended petition to the respondents within a period of one week. After the receipt of the amended copy, within a period of 3 weeks the respondents will be at liberty to file additional submissions/reply, if the reply is already filed. 4.
With this observation, all the Civil Applications are disposed of. Needless to mention, after the completion of the aforesaid formalities, the Writ Petition be placed for admission.
