Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned A.P.P. for the respondent and the learned counsel for the informant. 2.
The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.96 of 2024 registered with Chopda (Rural) Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 305, 352, 323, 504, 506, 507 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is based upon the suicide note. However, in the suicide note, only previous incidents have been mentioned, but did not mention the name of the applicant/accused or abator.

Learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the victim strongly opposed the application who was harassing the deceased before death. Since he could not tolerate harassment, he decided to end his life. The papers have been read as a whole. 5.
Perused the suicide note which runs in two pages. However, there is no reference of the applicant's. The similarly situated coaccused have been granted bail. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. He deserves parity. Hence, the order:-
ORDER
i) The application is allowed.
ii) Applicant- Mahendra Eknath Patil be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) He should not tamper with the prosecution case. (b) He should attend the trial on each and every effective date.
iii) Criminal Application No.3382 of 2024 stands disposed of. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
