In view of the above, this application is allowed on the following conditions:- (A) The petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs.500/- within two weeks with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad"). (B) All office objections in the petition shall be removed on/or before 22.4.2019.

(C) After the above directions are complied with, the Writ Petition shall be registered.

(D) Learned Advocate for the respondent graciously causes an appearance in the Writ Petition.
