The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the words "prohibited holding" in the 7/12 extract are not yet removed, though the application is given a year back.

In such a case, the petitioner has to approach the Committee constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015.

In case the petitioner approaches the Committee, the Committee shall within a period of three (03) months from the date of application issue necessary orders and directions. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
