This Court, on 17th July, 2025, has passed the following order :- "Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that, the petitioner and the original power of attorney holder are no more and, therefore, all the petitioners except Petitioner No.1.B.8 Sow. Sangita @ Babita Sidarth Sonawane, do not want to pursue the petition and want to withdraw themselves from the petition. He submits that, he will get the correct and complete address of Petitioner No.1.B.8 Sow. Sangita @ Babita Sidarth Sonawane so that notice can be issued to her in the main petition, since the petition would remain pending to her extent. He seeks one week's time. Stand over to 24th July 2025, for supply of correct and complete address of Petitioner No.1.B.8 Sow. Sangita @ Babita Sidarth Sonawane, in the same category."

Today, learned counsel for the applicant tenders across the bar pursis giving full address of original Petitioner No.1.B.8 - Sow. Sangita @ Babita Sidarth Sonawane and also states that the other petitioners are withdrawing the writ petition. The said pursis is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he will incorporate the new address of the said petitioner in the writ petition forthwith. 4.

In view of above, civil application is allowed. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn to the extent of all the petitioners, except Petitioner No.1.B.8.

In the writ petition, issue notice to Petitioner No.1.B.8 - Sow. Sangita @ Babita Sidarth Sonawane on the fresh address, returnable on 04th September, 2025.
