Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 i.e. for the Liquidator of the Cooperative Bank, submits that the entire amount together with upto-date interest due against the present applicant has been deposited by the applicant in the bank.

Considering all these facts on record, the interim relief granted to the present applicant by this court vide order dated 13th August, 2015, is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions, with additional condition that the present applicant shall remain present with the concerned investigating officer

criapln4114-2015 on 15th March, 2016 and 29th March, 2016 between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. on both dates and shall further cooperate in investigation.

The present application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
