In all these matters the petitioners are appointed as Shikshan Sevaks from reserved category. Their appointments are approved by the Education Officer. In Writ Petition No. 9245 of 2017 and Writ Petition No. 9246 of 2017, even permanent approval is granted to the petitioners. However, subsequently under the impugned orders, the approvals are cancelled. 2.

It would appear that, all these petitioners are appointed from reserved category. In view of that, ban on recruitment would not apply to them. The impugned orders only refer to the government resolution by virtue of which the ban was imposed on recruitment. As ban on recruitment would not apply to the petitioners, the impugned orders are quashed and set aside. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs. [A. M. DHAVALE, J.] [S. V.
