This is an application for restoration of First Appeal, registration of which is refused on 9th July, 2019, for non removal of office objections.

Learned AGP opposed the Application stating that no sufficient ground is made out for restoration. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", on the condition that in case the First Appeal is allowed and the compensation is enhanced, the applicants - appellants shall not be entitled for
