Leave to add the 'Wakf Board' as Respondent No.2. Addition be carried out forthwith.

The Petitioner desires to intervene in Wakf Suit Nos.18/2012 and 120/2014. An application dated 16/11/2022, after 10 years of the first suit and 8 years of the second suit, has been filed. The same is pending.

We requested the learned Advocate Shri. Deshmukh appearing for the Wakf Board, to render assistance to the Court. He submits on instructions that, certain litigation is pending at the Principal Seat and the proceedings are directed to be adjourned.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

After the hearing in the said proceedings commences, subject to the orders of this Court at the Principal Seat, the concerned Board would deal with the intervention application on it's own merits and in accordance with law. We have not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the said application.
