Keeping in view the controversy involved in the matter, it is not necessary to call

crwp951-1.16 petitioner nos. 2 to 9. So, petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 to appear before the Registrar (Judicial). The Registrar (Judicial) to verify the terms of compromise between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2.
