The learned Advocate for the appellants has produced on record copy of judgment and order passed by this Court dated 25.01.2021 passed in First Appeal No.133 with connected appeals. All the parties accept that the said judgment is in respect of same village, same award and in respect of the lands acquired for same project. This Court in the said judgment has granted rate of Rs.2 lakhs per hectare. Since the position is admitted and accepted by the parties, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose off the present appeal in view of the judgment and order dated 25.01.2021 in First Appeal No. 133 of 2007 with connected appeals. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The first appeal is disposed off in view of judgment and order dated 25.01.2021 in First Appeal No.133 of 2007 with connected appeals.

(ii) The appellants are entitled to receive compensation @ Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs Only) per hectare along with additional compensation together with statutory benefits and interest in terms of provisions of the Land Acquisition Act.
