Learned APP submits that in view of the fact that the victim suo moto appeared before the Investigating Officer and gave statement that he had left the house on his own and nobody had kidnapped him, so also, the statement of the father of the victim has been recorded, now the C-Summary report has been recommended and it has been accepted by S.D.P.O.. Under such circumstance, the custody of the present applicant is not required. 2.

Accordingly, application stands disposed of with liberty, if in future there is any kind of apprehension to the present applicant in respect of present case, he may approach this Court.
