It is pointed out that previously co-ordinate benches permitted the claimants to receive 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking and 50% on furnishing solvent surety/security which are referred in paragraph No.3 of the order. In those matters 10% of the

Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection. Hence, in paragraph No.4, instead of words "Balance 10%" the words "Balance 50% shall be substituted. Thus, the claimants are entitled to receive 50% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security.
