By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction in the like nature, the Sub Divisional Officer, Kinwat, Dist. Nanded, may kindly be directed to issue Corrected Tribe Certificate belonging to "Mannervarlu"

Scheduled Tribe in favour of the petitioner."

Heard the learned AGP on behalf of the Respondent.

This Petition is disposed off with the direction that the Petitioner shall comply with the procedural requirements (online application) and tender the defective Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe certificate to the Respondent, on or before 30.08.2022. Consequentially, the Respondent shall keep the corrected certificate of the Petitioner Rohan Balaji Sirsewad ready by 08.09.2022.
