The learned counsel Mr. V. S. Tanwade submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7, who are the remaining legal representatives of deceased Gangadhar Shivmurti Gadhve, besides the applicant.

The applicant is claiming that she as well as respondent Nos. 2 to 7 are the legal representatives of sole claimant- Gangadhar, who as per the Death Certificate died on 10.02.2021. As such, considering the right of the applicant as well as respondent Nos. 2 to 7 are

required to be brought on record. Accordingly, the application stands allowed in terms of clauses 'B' and 'C'

.

The appellant - Acquiring Body to carry out the amendment within two weeks.
