ORDER :- 1.

Mr. Shinde, learned advocate for the petitioner points out that while passing the order dated 10.7.2024, in para. 4, Gat No. 55, which is subject matter of proceeding before MRT is not mentioned. 2.

Considering the submissions advanced and on perusal of the decree of the civil court, it appears that the possession of the petitioner in respect of Gat No. 55 alongwith 47/2 needs to be protected. 3.

Hence, correction be caused in para.4 in order dated 10.7.2024 in W.P. No. 7122 of 2024, thereby inserting Gat No.55 after Gat No. 47/2.

Order dated 10th July, 2024, be corrected accordingly. Corrected order be uploaded.

Civil application stands disposed of.
