CORAM : S.S. SHINDE & RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, JJ.

Dated: April 21, 2015 ...

PER COURT :- Heard.

2.

The adjudication of the prayer clause `A' in these Petitions would lead to adjudication of disputed questions of facts, which is not desirable while exercising the writ jurisdiction. 3.

So far prayer clause `B' is concerned, the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 2490 of 2013 and Writ Petition No. 7174 of 2013 decided on 19th January, 2015 has considered the contentions of similarly situated persons and rejected the similar prayers.

4.

In that view of the matter, Petitions stand rejected. However, we make it clear that, dismissal of the Writ Petitions would not be an impediment for the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy, if same is available in law.
