Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants, in all these applications, are seeking withdrawal of entire amounts deposited by the respondent - Acquiring Body with this Court under common order dated 10.08.2021. In other similar matters, this Court had allowed withdrawal of the amounts vide order dtd.14.10.2021. However, in these matters only 50 % amounts of the impugned awards have been deposited. 2.

In view of the above, all the respective applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amounts falling to their shares on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

All the applications are hereby disposed of.
