It is submitted by learned counsel for Respondent No.3 that the gratuity is already paid to the petitioners and also on 23.4.2018, order is passed with regard to payment of revised pension and family pension as per order of this Court and the same would be paid.

It is further submitted that within one month, the amount as per revised pension would be credited in the account of the petitioners.

In light of the above, though belatedly, the contempt stands purged. The Contempt Petitions stand disposed of.
