The learned AGP representing the Respondents submits that the representations filed by the Petitioners are on record from page Nos. 15 to 17, addressed to Respondent No.2. 3.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 20.07.2022 within the purview of the scheme set out under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 as expeditiously as possible. In the event, the Petitioners are entitled to any payment, such payment shall be made to them within 120 days.
