The learned AGP submits that Respondent No.2 - Committee would return the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling filed by the petitioner within seven days from the date of application of the petitioner.

After receipt of the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling, the petitioner shall surrender the same with the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioner shall also make an online application with the SDO. The SDO shall verify the issuance of the said certificate and if satisfied that the certificate was issued by its Gajanan

Office, shall issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner, preferably within fifteen days from the date of surrender of the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling and filing of an online application.
