Leave to correct the description of Respondent No.2. 2.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the Petitioner, the learned AGP and the learned DSGI. 3.

Grievance of the Petitioners is that though there is no dispute as regards apportionment of the compensation amount and there is no dispute raised by any person, the amount which is deposited by Respondent No.4 with Respondent no.2, is not being disbursed.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with the observation that in case there is no legal impediment and there are no

( 2 ) 55 wp 12124.23 objections of any nature whatsoever, the disbursement of the amount strictly in accordance with the award, shall be carried out within 30 days. In the event there is any dispute raised by any person with reference to the said award, the appropriate authority would consider the said objections and deal with the same strictly in accordance with the provisions under the National Highways Act.
