Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 809 days condoned in filing first appeal.

Present appellant - original respondent is acquiring body who intends to challenge the award passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalna, in L.A.R. No. 1032 of 2010 (old No.809/2007), dated 12-02-2013.

Heard both sides. Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that in connected matter this Court has condoned the delay on 11th December 2015 and, therefore, delay may be condoned.

Learned Advocate appearing for respondents no.01, 02 and 04 is strongly objecting the application on the ground that delay of each and every day has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration the reasons set out in the application and in connected matters this Court had condoned the delay, the delay is hereby condoned. The application stands allowed accordingly.
