After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondents - authorities, we are of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of by giving appropriate directions. 2.

One of the principal grievances of the petitioner is that the documents referred to at serial Nos. 1 to 10 in the notice dated 08.07.2025 have not been provided to the petitioner and therefore, it is difficult for the petitioner to respond to the said notice issued by the respondent - Tahsildar.

Although on 10.07.2025 the petitioner appears to have approached the Tahsildar for such documents, the application is not Jhs/ 1/2

68 WP NO. 9500 OF 2025 happily worded and in any case it is not an application seeking certified copies of the said documents.

In the interest of justice, we direct respondent - Tahsildar to treat the communication dated 10.07.2025 issued by the petitioner as an application seeking copies/certified copies of the documents referred to at serial Nos. 1 to 10 in the reference column of the notice dated 08.07.2025. The petitioner shall deposit necessary charges, if any, for obtaining such copies. Upon the charges being deposited, the copies shall be provided within two weeks.

The petitioner would be at liberty to respond to the show cause notice after perusing such documents.

We have not made any comment on the merits of the matter. 7.

The writ petition is disposed of.
