We have heard Shri. U. R. Awate, learned Counsel h/f Shri. Mathpati, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that, the petitioner has submitted a fresh proposal. The respondent No. 3 would consider the said proposal and the decision thereon will be informed to the petitioner within a period of four months.
