The learned A.G.P makes a statement that if the Management forwards the proposal of the Petitioner, for grant of salary of a certain period, the authority concerned would decide the same on its own merits.

It is informed by learned Advocate for the Petitioner that, the Management was willing to forward the same but the State authorities, are not inclined to entertain the same. 3.

Be that as it may, the Respondent No.2/President shall forward the necessary proposal to the Respondent No.1 within a period of four weeks from today.

The Respondent No.1/State shall decide the same on its own merits, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt thereof.
