This application is filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Mohan Yadav Jadhav on record. Mohan Yadav Jadhav died on 11-04-2021. The applicant Nos.1 to 5 are the legal heirs of deceased who are also shown in para No.4. There is delay of 393 days caused in filing this application. 2.

Considering the above, the applicants are only heirs since Vatsalabai Mohan Yadav i.e. wife of the deceased Mohan

(2) 916ca16762.22 Yadav Jadhav also died on 25-11-2021, the application is allowed by condoning the delay. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today in appeal memo and other applications.
