Mr. Karpe, the learned counsel for the respondents management submits that the petitioner has been reinstated in service and the order to that effect has been issued. Learned counsel further submits that the proposal seeking approval in respect of reinstatement of the petitioner would be forwarded to the Education Officer within two weeks from today. 2.

Upon receipt of the proposal, the Education Officer shall take decision on the same in the light of letter (Exhibit A-3, page 10 of civil application No. 10617 of 2014), expeditiously, preferably within one month on receipt of the proposal.

The writ petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid observations and directions. No costs.

In case the petitioner's grievances are not meted out, liberty to the petitioner to take up appropriate proceedings. 5.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application also stand disposed of.
