It is submitted by the learned counsel that, the Commissioner has conducted the hearing. The affidavit is filed by the Chief Execution Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar on behalf of the Commissioner that the decision would be taken within fifteen days.

In view of the affidavit, the decision shall be taken within a period of fifteen days from today. Mr. Sonawane, the learned counsel submits that, as per the telephonic instructions received

In case petitioners are aggrieved by orders prejudicial to their interest, liberty to petitioners to assail the same. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
