Learned counsel for applicant acquiring body seeks permission to deposit the cheque towards the compensation amount. He prays for granting stay to the impugned Judgment and order of the Reference Court. 2.

In view of above, learned counsel for applicant acquiring body is permitted to deposit the cheque towards compensation amount. As the amount of compensation is being deposited in this Court, Civil Application Nos.7400 of 2025 and 7405 of 2025 are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
