The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the proposal submitted by the institution seeking benefits of difference of salary and continuity in service is not decided since seven months.

In case, the proposal seeking benefits of difference in salary and continuity (Exhibit 'J', Page No.41) is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within (06) six months.
