This is an application for relaxation of part of condition (v) imposed on the applicant by this Court while granting bail to him. The said condition was imposed by order dated 26th February, 2025 passed in Bail Application No.134 of 2025.

The learned counsel for the applicant pointed out said condition (v) and submitted that the trial has not yet started. He submitted that the applicant has roots in the society and he will not flee away from the trial. The applicant will not misuse the liberty. He lastly prayed to allow the application.

The learned APP for the State strongly opposed the application and submitted that if the said condition is relaxed, the applicant may abscond and will not attend the trial. He will misuse the said liberty. It

Perused the application, the order dated 26th February, 2025 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.134 of 2025 as well as the relevant documents.

Considering the peculiar facts of the case as well as the fact that the applicant has roots in the society, he will not flee away from the trial and the applicant has no criminal antecedents, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as under:- "B) The condition No. (V) of operative order imposed by this Hon'ble Court while granting bail by order dated 26.02.2025 in Bail application No. 134 of 2025 i.e. V) "Applicant shall attend concerned police station twice in every week i.e. on each Monday and Friday from 11.00 AM to 02.00 P.M. till Trial commence and thereafter, he shall attend each and every effective date before the trial court" May kindly be relaxed to the extent of attendance of concerned police station and the rest of the condition No. (V) be kept as it is."
