Learned counsel for applicants submitted Civil Application No.6329 of 2019 was filed for condonation of delay caused in filing First Appeal. He further submits that as per Order passed by this Court on 14-01-2025, the said application was dismissed for not taking appropriate steps within stipulated period. Learned counsel further submits the matter be restored to its original position. He undertakes to take necessary steps within a period of two weeks.

In view of above submission, Civil Application No.8842 of 2025 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and "C". Applicant shall take necessary steps within a period of two weeks.
