The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses B and C as under:- "B.
The respondent authority may kindly be directed to give posting to the petitioner on any vacant post near 30 Km. From the working place of wife of petition in Tq.Ashti, Dist.Beed. C.
The respondent No.3 may kindly be directed to decide the representation dated 06.08.2020 filed by petitioner to the respondent no.3."

It is undisputed that the candidates like the petitioner will have to prefer an online application for seeking transfer on the basis of 'couple convenience' in the light of clause 1.9 of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021. Earlier Government
*2* 89wp9153o22 Resolution dated 27.02.2017 under which, the petitioner moved an application on 06.08.2020, has been repealed. The online applications reach the Committee, which is chaired by the Chief Executive Officer of the concerned Zilla Parishad. 3.
The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would submit an online application as and when the process for entertaining the online applications for transfer on account of couple convenience, is commenced.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We deem it appropriate to direct that as and when the online process for entertaining the applications for transfer on account of couple convenience, commences, the petitioner would tender an online application and such application would be decided within the time prescribed for deciding the same under the applicable Government Resolution and the policy of the Government.
