PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.2 committee to take decision on the caste certificate verification proposal of the petitioner pending with the committee, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months and it is accordingly directed. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall be permitted to appear for the examination which is scheduled to commence from tomorrow onwards. The petitioner states that she has already been allotted seat number. However, she has apprehension that the College may not permit her to appear for examination on account of her failure to submit validation certificate. The College shall permit the petitioner to appear for examination and respondent university shall declare result of the petitioner along with other students. The admission of the petitioner to the next year course shall be subject to result of the caste certificate validation proposal pending with respondent No.2 committee.

Petition stands disposed of. Parties to act upon authenticate copy of this order.
