The issue raised in the instant petitions is already addressed in Writ Petition No.3596 of 2016 and other companion petitions decided on 19.07.2016, which order has been modified on 21.07.2016.

In view of the reasons assigned by this Court while deciding Writ Petition No.3596 of 2016 and other companion petitions vide orders dated 19.07.2016 and 21.07.2016, the present Writ Petition Nos.11622 of 2016 and 11646 of 2016 stand disposed of. For ready reference, the relevant paragraph in order dated 21.07.2016 is reproduced as under :- "6] Learned counsel for respondent bank states on instructions that the small depositors having deposited amount upto Rs.1,00,000/- and claiming withdrawal, would be repaid deposit amount within twelve weeks from today. It is further informed that large depositors having maintained deposits above Rs.1,00,000/- would be paid deposit amount in five equal installments within a period of 10 months from today. The statement made by learned counsel for respondent bank is accepted. The bank shall ensure refund of deposit amount as undertaken. In view of above, all the writ petitions stand disposed of."
