Petitioners assail the impugned order, dated 26.7.2018.

Mr. More, learned counsel for respondents submits that the petitioners have to approach the Green Tribunal.

Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the Green Tribunal is not

wp8746.18 functioning regularly and since three days all the matters fixed before it are adjourned on 16th and 20th August, 2018.

Mr. More, learned counsel submits that for emergent reliefs the Green Tribunal is holding hearings on Tuesdays and Fridays via video conferencing.

In view of above, we refrain from exercising our jurisdiction in the matter. The petitioners may approach the Green Tribunal for emergent relief. For a period of seven days, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners pursuant to the impugned communication.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
