The applicants are seeking permission to take themselves on record being the legal representatives of sole respondent No.1 - claimant Smt. Shantabai Khandappa Kabade, who died on 20.06.2016 by condoning the delay of 2152 days. However, it appears that her legal heirs being respondent Nos. 2 to 7 in the appeal are already on record. In view of the same, the name of respondent No.1 Smt. Shantabai be deleted.

The amendment be carried out forthwith.
