23.07.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the petitioners are not paid the amount as per the F.R.P. by the respondent no.4-sugar factory for the year 2017-2018. The petitioners have approached the Commissioner of Sugar by giving representation on 19.06.2019, cognizance is not taken. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 3. 3.

It appears that the petitioner has approached the Commissioner in October-2018 and reminders are also issued to him and lastly the petitioner has filed application on 19.06.2019.

Considering the above the Commissioner of Sugar, Pune shall

( 2 ) 28 wp 8965.19 consider the grievance raised before him (page 13, 15 and 21) on its own merits in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
